What is a good script to work with my? I don't know how to upload a clip. I am re-encoding my XviD to DivX. I like DivX better. I haven't noticed any quality lost. I will post my results below from MediaInfo. I'm also resizing to 640x360 for 16:9 and 640x480 for 4:3. I am using LanczosResize. I am also curious what scripts does DivX corp use?

You gain nothing at all by encoding a perfectly good Xvid file to Divx. In fact, you risk reducing the quality by needlessly recompressing and already heavily compressed video.

If you must convert your files to Divx, re-rip your original DVD, and use AutoGK to do the encoding for you.

Yes, AviSynth. What can I get it to do? So just do AVISource? That's it?

Why are using AVISynth ? To do what ?
What are you loading the script into ?
You need to be more specific about what you are trying to do, as what you have asked so far simply doesn't make sense or is missing vital information.

as already pointed out xvid > divx is pointless. The info you posted conforms to divx ht spec .... change the ffourcc if it makes you feel better.
