I have some problems when I video games on my tv.
You will see in the photo the issues...look at controls and audio, that's the menu of the game but I can also see some shades when I play.

Image burn. This is why computer monitors have screen savers. What type of TV do you have? It could be a picture tube burn, an LCD burn, CRT burn, or plasma burn. Whatever the case, it appears that you left the menu image up on your screen for too long.

Unless the TV is old, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Burn-ins often fade away. -

I doubt warranty would cover burn in seeing as it is "user fault".
Most state right in the owners manual NOT to leave images or games paused for extended periods of time on screen because this can happen.
