Hi, I suppose this question has been answered before, but I searched the entire site and didn't find an answer. It's all in the subject line: how do I burn an avi-format movie together with the subs in srt format (hard- or soft-coded doesn't matter) onto CD that can be played back on a PC?
I have no special preferences as to software (i.e. Roxio, Nero, whatever) as long as it works.
    Thank you.

Just burn as a data cd and name the avi and sub with same name like video.avi and video.srt and players like vlc will display the subs(or use vsfilter). If you want one avi file you can use avimuxgui to add the subs.
