Encoding with cce using 3 pass 8000 vbr, 4000 min 9000 max doesn't look good on high motion scenes. (fast action basketball game) It looks like it can't keep up with the action and kind of flashes or has a slight flutter. Does anyone know of a way to improve this using cce? I have done the same thing with tmpg using 2 pass vbr and it works fine with the same settings. It just takes about 4 times longer to encode. If there isn't a way to make this work, I guess I will just stick to tmpg. I just it worked faster. Please help if you can.
Thanks
