    hello, i need some advice.. can someone please give me some names of programs where i can convert mpeg to be vcd compliant. i have tried tmpge but i cannot get any souns out of it. Please recommend some other progs that i can use to convert mpeg, avi, etc.. to be vcd compliant. THANKS EVERYONE!!

    Normally if you have installed TMPGEnc correctly yuo should be able to get a fully compatible VCD stream out of it. If you look in the "Tools" section of this website, you can find other MPEG1 (needed for VCD) encoders such as the Panasonic MPEG Encoder (which I would personally recommend).
