    and It works but there this green bar on the right side of the mpg when I play it back, What did I do wrong? Is there a way to fix it?

    Grab gspot to view internal info of avi and post a snapshot of gspot .

    Mwsnap is a good utility for that purpose .

    Then we might be able to tell you whats happened .

    You might look for a free version of TMPGenc and just use it to do the conversion. You'll get better results. I rarely use Super, but when I get something like this, I just have to re-do the encode. You might also try that as re-running the encode might give you good results. Most likely you did nothing wrong, but Bjs' advice is sound. Seeing the results of Gspot would help us to have an idea of what you did. Or you could just tell exactly what settings you used during the encode with Super.
