Hi everyone just found the forum here, am having some issues hoping to get help to fix these.
first of got a virus on pc, had to hace the HD wiped clean and re-install winxp. got that done and fixed, now when this was done(cleaning & reinstalling windows) I did not have the disc for my tuner card(noted in title),I have sine located it.
I tried DL new software from ati,with newest version of media centre with it! tv would not work at all.
cleaned all that off, tried to reinstall from original cd, am allowed into setup wizard, then not allowed to do anything else!
please am in need of advice and experience. of what i'm doing wrong am a novice when it comes to this stuff. as I have seen from other posts ai tech support is what everyone else says, so any and almost all help would be appreciated. also forgot this card is a couple of years old, worked great for what I used it for.the local cable company is NOT went to digital yet
, am thinkig thats why the updated software doesn't work.
