Hello,

Was wondering whether someone could help. I seem to be having problems with playing movies back on my DS. I have tried creating DPG files and although I can play one which I was able to download, whenever I try making my own file, I seem to have an issue where it gives me:

Load error.
Press START button.
Show start Log.

I have used many tools to make a working DPG file and have even tried a commercial product by Xilisoft for DPG file production, but nothing seems to work properly and I cannot get beyond this error regardless of DPG0, DPG2 or DPG3 file type. Games and music seem to be working just fine.

Also and maybe this the root of the problem, when Moonshell 1.71 boots at the beginning, I get an error message on the screen which shows the following:

An error was detected while trying to access the disc or file. Please confirm the following:

Did the setup end normally?

Is the “/moonshl’ folder moved or deleted?

Have you enabled the resume function with media that is not supported?

Do you have enough free space on your media?

Please re-format the media and try again.

Please try with different media from another manufacturer.


I don't believe I have any of the problems mentioned above. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
