What is really the best MP4 to AVI converter?

I want the converter to have the XVID Mpeg-4 Codec be configured so i can set some things in there.

It is because there are a lot of converters that is very automated and i can't configure the XVID MPEG-4 Codec and i hope this converter won't give me stupid problems anymore.

Is this still related to your original problem - https://forum.videohelp.com/topic363084.html ?

If so, why open a new post ?

If not, what have you tried so far, and what problems have they given you ?

Otherwise you are likely to get the same programs suggested as you have in the past.

I use Xvid4PSP with no problems whatsoever. The results look as good as can be obtained within the limitations of hardware playback, and play on everything I have tried them on.

    AVI Demux is another alternative.

Both allow a lot of freedom to configure the codec, however for hardware playback you need to restrict your configuration in a lot of areas. If you want as much freedom as possible, try AVI Demux, but if you configure it wrong, the fault lies with you.
