    Hi,

    I have a creative vision:m (30gb) and tried to connect it to my computer recently to upload some new music onto it, however the computer can't seem to find the player?!

    The player charges quite happily from the USB and it still plays but it cannot be found in device manager or by searching for new hardware; I have tried resetting it and installing the creative drivers but still no luck.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?!

    if it's like some players the usb port has 2 modes. check in your player setup menu to check. one will open the player like a usb drive the other requires special software to access.
