Hi all,
I have a number of movies in .mkv format which contain audio in both English and German and where the German audio is designated as the primary language. Is there an easy, peasy way of stripping out one of the audio tracks from these files?

mkvmergegui from mkvtoolnix kit, checkmark streams you want, uncheckmark streams you don't want, press merge
you can also flag a different audio track as primary in the general track options -
Just what I was hoping for mate, thanks a lot! Works wonders and extremely easy to use.
