Hi folks,
Q: I have a dumb Q ... does it matter ... performance wise using .zip or .exe version of AviDemux.
I have gotten used to using the .zip type ... on the "assumption" that zipped version of any program might be
1) "Safer" to use
2) Easier to unistall
Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks!

No essential difference between the zipped package and the "installable" one.
The non-essential difference: the end-user actually does not need a "stupid installer"
(according to the great Alex Noe).

Hi Midzuki,
THANKS. I love the programs that are "Self-contained" and "Portabelish".
