    Hello, i need some help. I have several avi files. The first batch drop into nero vision and convert to a iso with no problem. The second batch says the nero vision cant read the .avi file. I also dont get a preview of the video file in my windows side bar with these files. can someone help me out please.

    AVI is a general term for all kind of formats. Get GSpot and load the file in to see what actual codec is being used.

    Also try a better tool than Nero. Try ConvertXtoDVD. You can also try DVD Flick or FAVC.
