    Hello everyone I have an issue with my video files I've used my web cam afew years ago to capture some videos however everytime I open any video, Avi chunker shows up and I also sometimes get that error send message

    I did read about the bat file and how to fix the video on this forum I tried it nothing happend. so any ideas?

    Welcome to VideoHelp!

    A bad codec (or codec pack) somewhere is a wild guess.
    But without specifics, that's all you'll get.
    What do you use to play back your "video files"?
    What kind of "video files" are we talking about? Load one of them in GSpot, and post a screen shot.

    Well they are avi files I use realplayer or media player to play them.

    I used that Gspot container says Bad Chunk in frame data length
    the chunk is RIFF:Avi/List:Movi still no difference.

    Sounds like the files have become corrupted. Try playing them with VLC. If it will play them, then they can likely be salvaged. If it can't play them, they are most likely beyond hope.
