    I use anydvd/hd to rip the BD movie to the disc, then I use ripbot264 to make a mkv file, But I can't get any subtitles in the final mkv file. Anyone got any idea of what could be wrong?

    I believe you have to convert the BD .sup subtitles to .srt format. Scroll down Baldrick's guide and you will see some BD subtitle information: https://forum.videohelp.com/topic358185.html

    Ok, got it, but subrip application chrash when I run auto ocr, I guess I have to wait for a new version of that program.....

    I guess you mean suprip. You can try the manual ocr conversion in suprip and see if it works(click on the OCR-button).

    sorry, yes I mean suprip, I tryed the manual ocr option too, but I anly come to subtitle 12 of 736, then the application crash...

    try saving it as an .srt first then open it in notepad and edit it that way...just hope that you don't have to do that much.
