    I have a DC10 with Fedora 8 and a DC10+ with a Fedora 9.
    Logging in "root"

    I don't understand what's wrong...

    I have the same problem with a DC10+ under Fedora 9.
    (kernels are 2.6.25)

    It works under Xubuntu (Hardy) with Xawtv. But not with camstream ...
    Why does it under debian base OS and not under Fedora??
