Windows XP displays lightbox catchpa window - is it a virus?

Hi everyone!

A friend of mine has the following message on his windows xp after a few minutes of it being started, after entering the first time it reappers every so often, the desktop becomes "pale black" like the lightbox images effect here on videohelp on the software individual pages and the folowwing blue window appears over it

does anyone know what it is?

yes it's a trojan that is being used to brerak into other sites that use captcha.

might be related to this one but without the offered pictures.

The Trojan named Melissa Strip, identified as TROJ_CAPTCHAR.A by TrendMicro and Trj/RompeCaptchas.A by Panda, starts by asking the user if he wants to play a game where she (Melissa) will strip for the user if the enters the correct code.
