OK, using the free options with DVDFab you can select a compression for the whole disc but I was wondering is there any tools that you can select the compression on individual tracks.
i.e. only compress the extras leaving the main title as it or at least a better quality than the extras.
Or is there a better way to get a disk to fit a DVDR, with the main title the best quality possible without actually deleting stuff.
I will search myself but there are over 700 guides and tools here so any help would be good.

DVD Shrink has the more flexible options, as you can set set compression levels on a per title basis. DVD Rebuilder provides the better quality, but isn't as flexible when it comes to selecting compression levels. You can "Steal Space From Extras", which works pretty well on movie discs, but tends to get lost when it comes to episodic discs. You do also have a half-D1 option in Rebuilder that you don't get in the other tools. Read my blog here.
