ok, i was looking at the topic that tells how to upload hq vids and i came along this post

its the one that tells how to upload hq. look at the post by falcionxx and watch the vid. as you can see, its really good quality. i know he posts a pic of how to do it or something, i just dont understand how he brings the vP7 config up. please help, because i really want my video quality better. help is greatl appreciated. thank you
