    Ok, heres the scoop. I managed to upload 2 vids previously and they showed in HD. I tried another video recently, (1280x720, at 2.5mbps, 320 kbps AAC audio, h.264 .mp4) and it doesn't show up as HD, even after trying &fmt=22. any suggestions? is there a minimum bitrate for video I need here?

    yes somewhere in the 4-5mbps range. i use 5mbps vbr and it seems to work ok.

    for the record: 1280x720p / xvid 2771kps 2pass is just fine for me
