multiplexing two files ? whats the best program

my .m2v file is in excellent condition but when i mux with the .ace file using TMPGENC 4.0 express and get .mpg file i
have playing problems..(EX..i stops and goes )

i have also tried..
Imago MPEG-Muxer
tsmuxergui

i tried to mux .m2v and .ac3 with virtualdubmob but the only choice i get the change file is .avi

what is the best software to mux this two files togerther?

but i found what my program with TMPGenc 4.0 EXPRESS was !

instead of selecting MPEG 1 PROGRAM STREAM (SUPER VIDEO CD VBR)
i choose SYSTEM STREAM VBR now my movies are working great...

I USE

GSPOT
VIRTUALDUBMOD
ACEMACHINE n or BESWEETGUI n or FFMPEGGUI for encoding WAV to .ac3
then
PROCODER 3
and TMPGenc 4.0 EXPRESS and finally TMPGenc DVD AUTHOR...


one more thing what is the best program to burn my .VOB files?? thanx
