TMPGEnc has expired what do I do?

I downloaded it again, but it still says it's expired; the MEPG 2 ecoding has expired, are other free versions available somewhere, that would work?

You mean the free trial has expired. As you are still trying to use it, why not do what everyone else does and pay for it?

You can only use the trial version once. You can either buy it or find another program.

HC is a great free MPEG-2 encoder.

thank you. I need a prog. that will help me, change the aspect ratio, without ruining the quality, of the video, and possibly, letting me, put a different audio to a video, when needed. wil HC do that?
