okay.. I want to put all of my collection of animne from VHS to VCD. I've been capturing with Virtual Dub and using TMPGEnc to convert the file into VCD.
All I want to know is what would be the best settings for it to get the best results? I've been blasting all of the Noise Filters, I've been putting the DC component precision to 10bits, Motion Search precision is at (highest quality), using the ghost reduction, sharpen edge, checking soften block noise, but still there is some slight blockiness in the background. When there is a-lot of motion in play it seems to lose it's quality, but when in still image it looks clean. Can anyone give me any advice on how to clean up the video?
thanks,
quvix
