    Hi,i download .avi file and i convert it to be able to play with my Zen 8Gb but it won't recognized?
    The original file is mpeg4 640x352.
    Best tool and setting to convert?

    Use handbrake with xvid+mp3 and a resolution no higher than 320,240.
