Adding audio to end scene of mpg video

*sigh* finally got saving private ryan in 720p and then the end scene *spoiler* when there about to blow up the bridge has no sound. Would i (if i got another copy of saving private ryan) be able to extract that audio from the last scene and embed it onto my other video file (i dont really want to replace the whole films audio as the rest is excellent.) and have it fully sycned to my video?

what software would i use for this? and how?
