Has anyone had failures trying to install Hasbro's VideoNow Media Wizard ? I have and here's what it tells me: "You don't have Quicktime 4.1 or higher on your computer, please install Quicktime and try again later". I have Quicktime 5.2 already on my PC. Hasbro told me to uninstall Quicktime and the software, I did that 3 times and it didn't correct the problem. Could this be a software defect or am I running something that is causing the 'interruption' of the installation ?
Here's the actual message picture I get. Anyone who can help me, I would REALLY APPRECIATE the help.
Thanks,
David

PS- I am using Windows XP and a Pentium 4 processor. Also, the disc shows a copyright of 2005, no version listed. Do you think this could be a version that didn't support XP ?
