    When I convert an AVI video to a DVD the video plays in the top left corner of the screen. Ive tried using Blaze Media Pro and WinAvi to convert the video but neither of them work. Any ideas? heres a screenshot

    Use something reputable for conversion, such as FAVC, DVD Flick or ConvertXtoDVD. WinAVI has a (deservedly) poor reputation around here, and Blaze isn't much better.

    Also, Window Media Player is possibly the worst player to test play DVDs with. Try Media Player Classic, VLC or The KM Player instead.

    I would add also AVStoDVD, which lets you preview output, so you are confident about final result.
