When playing CD-R VCD'S on TEAC and Palsonic DVD players (I don't know what model they are) the movie shimmers this is in still parts and action parts. I've played VCD'S in my Samsung 611 and a Panasonic DV-344 with perfect picture. Is the shimmer because of bad laser pickups or the way I copy. I use FlaskMPEG with Panasonic Plugin I use the Video filter at adaptive with the weakest strength.
Any help would be appreciated.
