    What kind of video?

Do you mean cropping time, or the image?

Is there one that lets you manually crop the video not have to enter values.

    VirtualDub:

    Video/Filters
    "Add" button: choose "Null Transform"
    "Cropping" Button:
Now you can drag the sides to crop.

Video/Compression: choose your compression settings for output file.
(If you don't do this you will get HUGE uncompressed files.)

    Then "Save as Avi" .

Thanks for the replies. I found out that mediacoder has a similar crop feature. I think I will use that.
