First, check with your player to find out how decodes MP3s so that you can burn them to the correct format. Most players want ISO 9660 and Mode 1 CD-Rom. This format limits your file names to 6 or 7 characters. To burn this you would open what ever burning proggy you use and go to data CD. The above options are available in the CD layout properties or will be adjustable somewhere during the process. If this isn't enough info just put in the name of your player, MP3, and burn in Google and you will find someone else who has made a CD that worked.

  3. A great prog for making MP3 CDs is MMJB (Music Match JukeBox) http://www.musicmatch.com/. It's shareware, but if you register it ($20, lifetime upgrades), it turns on Volume Leveling, higher burn speeds, etc. check it out if you have time.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  4. the BEST mp3 encoder of all times is none other than Electronic Cosmo's MPEG Suite 2000

This baby can decode my mp3s in 8 sec flat on ONLY a 600 mhz processor!
This prog can also encode each mp3 with same processor in 8-16 sec!

This prog also features mp3 to mp3 conversions!

It comes with 3 diff encoder and decoder plugins.
To get fastest performance, set priority to highest or time critical.
highest vs lowest priority has no difference in sound quality, i've tested!
