Issues converting to 320x240 AVI

Hey everyone,

I have an Iriver E100 which supposedly plays AVI/WMV files in 320x240 format.
I tried the bundled software that came with the player, but it keeps on crashing, so I can't convert my videos into the appropriate format.

What I need is a program that will enable me to convert various AVI/MPG files into AVI(Xvid) in 320x240 resolution that will play on the E100.

Any ideas would be much appreciated, thanks!

Try AutoGK or Xvid4PSP.

clonedvd MOBILE, it's default profile for generic divx leaves out b-frames (which tiny players seem to not like). also try to keep the video bitrate below 700kbps (have several players like the zvue,insigia pilot, etc that dont play well above this)

of already processed footage 'non-dvd' use media coder and diable b-frames

get 'mediainfo' and gspot

check the specs of any OEm video you have that plays on your iriver

then duplicate those specs when you do your conversions

try using SUPER for your conversions
