    Hello everybody,

I've seen lots of great help on this forum and I've found lots of good advice on this site. At this time I am confronted with an issue i cannot find the answer to. I was wondering if there is an expert here who has a good solution for me to fix this. I need to use Windows Media Player because we have a custom made software player which uses media player for playout of the files.

While having a playlist in windows media player (on monitor one) and playing the playlist full screen on monitor 2 the video transition is not smooth.
Windows Media Player 11 plays the playlist fine on screen 1 but if videofile two comes up there is a blue screen (half a second) and the next videofile starts playing a second later then the screen on monitor 1.

This happens on a Windows XP PC with an ATI card and also on a NVidia FX5200.

Does anyone know which could cause this and what I can do to not have this issue.
I want to play it out full screen without "hickups" on file change.

    Thanks in advance!

    Kind Regards,

    Pjotr

I'm not fully sure what you are seeing. The playlist is on monitor two and the files are playing full screen on monitor one? My first guess would be a video driver and/or video overlay issue. What are the files types and specs?
