sometimes the converssation is good and sometimes i'm getting in the middle of the conversation, about 54.70% this : 0 fps 54day 7hour 42min 58 sec

the mkv file is good, the option in xvid4psp is 100% good.and for some reason i get this :

please help its very anoying.

maybe it have something to my memory in computer. cpu. my memory is 512 RAM

Just because you can play it, don't assume that it is either good, or going to be easy to convert. I have had several mkv files that played without any problem, but that would not convert using a variety of tools. In all cases the problem was solved by using mkvtoolnix and mkvextractGUI to demux the audio and video streams, then using mkvmerge to create a new MKV with correct framerates and no extra files and crap.

I can't guarantee it will work for you, but so far it is the only solution that has worked for me.

And yes, 512MB is very much on the low side for encoding HD video streams.

If you tried it again and get the same error at frame 85103, there is likely and error in your file at that spot. Is it only this file, or others as well?

Check you taskmanager when converting, how much memory are you using?

Don't do anything else when converting. Leave the PC alone.
