  1. Is there some freeware (optimal) editing-application where you easy can add a slowmotion area where you decire in movie-clip

    And allso add a repeat area, and let thoose frames repeat 2-89 times :P until finally release..and moves on playing normal!?

    Vegas, Premiere - pretty much any good editor. But it will also take a lot of work. Nothing automates that type of effect that I am aware of.

    You could also do it with avisynth is you are patient enough to learn how to script.

    But I don't know of any quick, one-click answers.

    If you want use WMM, as I recall I needed to frameserve the movie clip to IMPORT INTO COLLECTIONS for mpg files. You can slow down ½ speed in WMM with TOOL>VIDEO EFFECTS>SLOW DOWN, HALF. Also you can repeat a segment by copying and pasting however many times you want it repeated.

    If you want to do in VirtualDub (with plug in)/ VirtualDubMod for mpg files, here is a direction in recent post:

    You can trim and append the video segment for what you want to do.
