how can i add subtitles to WMV without hurt the quality of the movie ?

	If you want permanent / burned in subtitles = Not possible.

	To expand on what Baldrick said - since I don't believe WMV has support for external subs (may depend on the player, though), your only option is to add them ('burn them into') the video... and you'll have to re-encode the video to do that. (Any re-encoding will cause the video to lose quality, to some extent.) If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
