    d2idan,

Before you start your movie, via WMP on the 360, you should connect to xboxlive. Your console probably needs a codec update for the file you're playing. Being loggon on the xboxlive will automatically download that update when you play the movie.

What are the specs on the movie? Use gspot or mediainfo on the movie file on the computer to find out.
    Have a good one,

  5. Been there, done that.

The dashboard update which allows x264 playback is apparently not included in the downloadable update. Tried it three times, zip.

Connected to XboxLive, got the update, bingo. Playback OK through memory stick or disk.
