I have a season of a television series I am trying to convert from MKV to MP4 for playing on my Xbox 360. The problem I am having only exists with the MP4s on the Xbox. The display aspect ratio is squished horizontally, resulting on skinny characters. I played back the MP4s on Windows 7 WMP and VLC 1.0 RC and cannot replicate the problem on the PC.
XenonMKV detects video as 720x480 with a DAR of 16/9. But PAR is 853:720?
I've tried MP4Box to correct PAR to 32:27 (720:480) but this does not solve the problem.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? GOTsent also results in the same problem.
EDIT: Nevermind. YAMB fixed it. Not sure what the difference was.
