    Hello everyone,

Well I don't understand I tried to connect my lg dc595nwq (dvd and chs player and recorder) to my good old tv and it does not work. I tried to connect from the player in av dvd chs out ( the one with the teeths) and connect to the tv on av1 and av2 video, and audio both left and right no way it does not work.
However if I connect only the dvd with basic audio and video cords to the same on the tv, only the dvd works, how can i do to make the vhs work also?
I did not found the userguide on the internet...

Some of the DVD/VHS combo players require seperate connections for the VHS side and the DVD side. Sounds like yours does too.

You can look for a manual on the LG website. They have all of their manuals available online.

Some may also have to have you switch the mode of the unit between VCR and DVD player depending on which you are using. These combo units can be extremely difficult to get working correctly. My father has one made by Toshiba that was just an absolute nightmare to get working. I can honestly say that it was the most difficult piece of audio/video equipment to get working that I have ever touched. I even put in my own car stereo once and that was child's play compared to getting his combo unit to work.
