  1. I have tried DVD Shrink, DVD Rebuilder, DVD2SVCD, both on an ISO source and a DVDFab decrypted source, and this particular DVD data crashes all of them, every time.

    Another DVD came out fine.

The bum DVD seems to stall at exactly the same spot every time, so I am assuming now that the source ISO is corrupted.

Nothing came up in tools with 'repair vob' or 'repair ifo'. Any tips here are appreciated.

Such a tools does not exist, would be unlikely to fix your problem anyway. The closest that does exist is FixVTS, which was repaired the structure of the disc, but did not repair data errors. Given that your burn fails on an ISO image as well, structure is not the problem.

I would start by updating your version of DVDFab HD Decrypter, then re-rip the disc.
