    I have an encoding program which seems to work very well, but it has one problem. It does not tag the aspect ratio properly.

    I'm encoding videos to 720x480 resolution to view on my tv via my PSP. it's kind of annoying having to set the video to "full" viewing mode (since my tv is 16:9 and so are the videos), when it would already know to set it automatically if it were tagged properly.

    Is there a program to change the aspect ratio tag?

    Yamb seems like it may turn out useful at some point in the future, but it doesnt seem to have any option of editing the aspect ratio.
