Codec type mismatch for converting MP4 to FLV

I hope someone can point me in the right direction. What codec do i need as I've installed all mpeg2enc, mencoder, and mplayer.

The initial problem was that I had to invert mapping. But now I get the following message saying it cannot find flvtool2

But now I get the following message saying it cannot find flvtool2

a. You will have a valid output FLV file, but without meta data. (Adding meta data is what FLVTool2 does.)
b. Did you install FLVTool2? It is separate download and (command line) installation.
