I'm trying to rip a PAL DVD, convert it to NTSC and reauthor it. So, I try ripping with MactheRipper and it tells me that the disc has bad sectors. Then when using Cinematize to make a MOV file, it gives me errors.
What can I do to fix this?

	Hm. I've got version 2.6.6.

I kind of solved the problem. Here's what I did. It's a disc with multiple episodes. So, I ripped each episode as its own title set. The seems to have worked. Not ideal, but it'll work.

 Thanks for any advice.

Version 2.6.6 was the last free version, and it cannot handle some of the newer forms of copy protection. So, as Case suggested, you need to get the latest version if you want a single-click solution (Case helpfully linked to where you can get it). It will cost you a nominal fee, but if you plan to do a lot of this kind of work, then it's worth it.

Read Case's post carefully. He gives you the link, just as I said in my post.
