    I just bought Winavi video converter and I converted some files. Everything was successful. I got all the right messages and then I went to look for the new converted files and can't find them anywhere. Can anyone help?

    Reopen winavi, and go through the motions as if you were doing a conversion. It will specify "output directory" at one point. If you mouse over to this, use the cursor and the arrow key to move farther and read the directory location.
