Are you making PAL or NTSC discs ?
If they are NTSC discs, can your player play NTSC ?

yes I am burning with dvd maker.

I have also tried burning with Roxio easy creator 9 dvd maker: One disc by roxio is recognised by the TV dvd player, but others are not. All dvd discs are OK on my PC
