Dual Processor Settings in TMPGenc 2.51 plus

Whats the best settings for dual processors in the new 2.51 plus version .
Here's my spec if it helps.

I usually just click all three box's and set preftech to 100 mb.Just download the sample clip from the tmpge site and try different settings,post back and let me know how fast you can encode the clip.
