I was wondering, will my powermac g4 quicksilver 867mhz be able to read a dl dvd disk?

if they are DVD Rom (UDF) format, I wouldn't see why not.
If you can watch a factory copy of SpiderMan 2 or 3 in

ok cause im looking to burn mac os x server on my macbook and installing it on my quicksilver and doing webhost..

Just look up the specs for the DVD drive that's in your G4. That will tell you whether your drive can handle DL media.
