    When you have created the XML description of your VCD or SVCD, you can build an VCD or SVCD bin/cue image with vcdxbuild.exe as follows:

    vcdxbuild videocd.xml

    BTW, I advise you to download the VCDImager manual (in PDF format) from http://www.hvrlab.org/~hvr/vcdimager/
