"An insidious computer virus recently discovered on digital photo frames has been identified as a powerful new Trojan Horse from China that collects passwords for online games - and its designers might have larger targets in mind.
"It is a nasty worm that has a great deal of intelligence," said Brian Grayek, who heads product development at Computer Associates, a security vendor that analyzed the Trojan Horse. "

How can that work? If your talking about those wifi models than I can see a two way deal working out. But if you are just using a memory card version I don't see what the issue would be.

Loads a virus with an auto-run on the card. If the user still has auto-run enabled when they insert the card in their PC it loads up to their computer.

And many of these picture frames can be plugged into a PC with a USB cable -- where they appear just like any other external USB drive.
