    Hi I am trying to do a Video CD to DVD-video conversion with losing as little quality as possible. I have browsed your forum but i did not find a way.

    Can anybody suggest a solution or a program?

    vcd gear will rip a vcd as an mpg stream, then use something like convertxtodvd
