  1. Ok i just used mediacoder to get a high def video into a mpeg4 file (h264 codec). I alson have an ac3 audio file. How do i mux the files together? I used mkv merge but that file wont play in my hard drive media player(tvix 4100) The file that mediacoder made will play but it doesnt have audio. I looked at the specs of yamb and it doesnt say anything about ac3. What can i use to mux together and adjust for the 830 ms difference but keep my mpeg4(h264) video containeer/codec?

  2. AC3 is incompatible in a mp4 container

You have to re-encode the AC3 to either AAC or mp3 (you might have to downmix to 2-channel depending on what you media player can handle and what your original audio was)

Then mux using YAMB. You can adjust for delays by right clicking the stream and it will give you other options
